1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for subscribing to services provided by videotour.ai, operated by GENAIEXPERT, a SAS company registered in the Antibes Trade and Companies Register under number 981 869 480.

2. Service Description

videotour.ai is a digital subscription-based service that enables users to automatically generate professional video tours from images using AI. The platform also allows users to export these videos for social media use. All services are delivered through a secure web interface.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of taxes, and clearly shown during the subscription process. Payments are processed exclusively via credit card using our secure partner Stripe. Fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate cancellation without notice or refund.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellation

All subscriptions are non-binding and can be canceled at any time with a single click from the user dashboard. Subscribers receive an automatic email reminder 7 days before each renewal (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial & Refund Policy

A free trial with no credit card required is available for first-time users. Due to this trial, no refunds are issued after a paid subscription begins, except in cases of proven technical failure attributable to GENAIEXPERT.

6. Liability

GENAIEXPERT commits to providing services as described on the site. However, we make no guarantees regarding view counts, engagement, or platform performance of the videos. These depend on external factors such as social algorithms and audience behavior. The user accepts this as part of the service nature.

7. Delivery

This is a fully digital service. No physical delivery is provided. Access to the service is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, subject to platform availability.

8. Personal Data Protection

User data (name, email, payment info, etc.) is collected solely for service operation and billing and is handled in accordance with GDPR. Data is never shared with third parties without explicit user consent, unless required by law. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, parties agree to seek amicable resolution before resorting to the competent courts in Antibes, France.

10. Modifications

GENAIEXPERT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email and/or via site notification at least 15 days before coming into effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
